CurricuLens is an AI curriculum platform for the Victorian Curriculum, with a conversational tutor, spaced repetition, a study planner and a teacher analytics dashboard. Built
The Victorian Curriculum F–10, published by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA), sets out what every student should learn from Foundation to Year 10. It incorporates the Australian Curriculum and reflects Victorian priorities and standards.
What it does
- Conversational tutor. A tutor inside the platform that works through conversation.
- Spaced repetition. Brings material back for review at intervals after it was first learned, rather than all at once. The Australian Education Research Organisation notes that spacing learning lets students remember more in the long term than learning everything at once.
- Study planner. Lays out what to study and when, with exam scheduling.
- Teacher analytics dashboard. A dashboard of analytics made for teachers.
How it is built
CurricuLens is built with Next.js, FastAPI, Celery and Supabase. Built It uses Claude and Gemini, with hybrid model routing that weighs quality against cost in choosing a model. All AI-generated content goes through a mandatory human review.
